Shipping & returns

Shipping

• All orders ship from our warehouse in Fullerton, California.
• We ship parcels by UPS, USPS or FedEx and large orders by LTL freight, choosing the best option for size and destination.
• Terms are FOB Origin. The buyer pays freight. Shipping is calculated and added after you place the order, and is included on your invoice before payment.
• Orders are prepaid: in-stock orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• Tracking appears on your order page once the order ships.

Damage & shortage claims

Report damage, shortages or wrong items within 7 days of delivery to wholesale@wooamius.com with your order number and photos of the outer carton, packaging, products and shipping label. Verified claims are resolved by replacement or credit. Claims reported later, or without photos, may be declined. Note visible carton damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization (an RA number from us), requested within 7 days of delivery. Returns without an RA number are refused.
• Only unopened, resaleable items in original packaging can be returned.
• Authorized returns carry a 15% restocking fee, and the buyer pays return shipping.
• After we receive and inspect the return, we refund as account credit or to the original payment method.
• No returns on clearance or short-dated items.
