Can I sell on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop or other marketplaces?
Yes, at your own risk. Resale on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay or other marketplaces is permitted at the buyer's own risk. Wooami Inc does not provide brand authorization and gives no protection, indemnity or support against brand or IP claims, takedowns or account suspensions; the buyer assumes all risk and indemnifies Wooami Inc; the buyer must follow brand MAP and platform rules. Who can buy wholesale?
Registered businesses with a valid seller's permit or resale certificate. Apply here.
How long does approval take?
Usually 1–2 business days. You'll be able to log in and see pricing once you're approved.
Do you offer Net terms?
No. All orders are prepaid and ship only after payment is received.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The default minimum order is $1,000 per order (some accounts have a different agreed minimum, shown at the top of every page), and products are sold in full case packs.
Why do some items say “Price on request”?
Pricing for those items isn't published yet. Email wholesale@wooamius.com for a quote.
How fresh is the stock shown?
Stock syncs from our warehouse system every few minutes and is re-checked when you place an order.
What payment methods do you accept?
Check or wire, Zelle (use your invoice or order number as the memo), or credit card. All orders are prepaid and ship after payment, including freight.
Is there a fee for paying by credit card?
Yes. A 3% credit card processing fee is added to your invoice as a separate line. Check, wire and Zelle have no fee. We send a secure card payment link with your invoice.
Who pays shipping?
The buyer pays freight. Orders ship FOB Origin from Fullerton, CA. Shipping is calculated and added after you order, and is on your invoice before you pay.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. We source from brands and their authorized distributors.
Can I return products?
Only with prior written authorization: request an RA number within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and resaleable; a 15% restocking fee applies and you pay return shipping. After inspection we refund as credit or to your original payment. No returns on clearance or short-dated items. See Shipping & Returns.
My order arrived damaged or short. What now?
Email wholesale@wooamius.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the carton, packaging and products. Verified claims are resolved by replacement or credit. See Shipping & Returns.
Can I add more buyers to my account?
Yes. Email us the names and emails of the buyers you want added to your company account.
