Wooami Inc does not provide brand authorization and gives no protection, indemnity or support against brand or IP claims, takedowns or account suspensions; the buyer assumes all risk and indemnifies Wooami Inc; the buyer must follow brand MAP and platform rules. How to order

1. Apply. Submit an application with your business name, EIN, seller's permit or resale certificate, and address, and accept the Wholesale Terms.
2. Get approved. We review applications within 1–2 business days. Once approved, logging in shows your account pricing, live stock and prepaid checkout.
3. Browse. Shop by brand or use the catalog filters (type, price, in stock only), search by name or SKU, and switch between grid and list views.
4. Add cases. Products are sold by the case. Enter the number of cases and click Add case; the case pack and price per case are shown on every product.
5. Check out. Once your cart reaches the minimum order ($1,000), go to checkout, confirm the ship-to address, add your PO number, choose a payment method, and tick the marketplace-risk acknowledgement. We re-check stock when you place the order. Shipping is calculated and added after the order, before payment.
6. Pay. All orders are prepaid. Once freight is added, your invoice shows the full amount. Pay by card or ACH using the invoice link, or by Zelle with the invoice number in the memo. Orders ship only after payment.
7. Track. Your Orders page shows the status timeline and carrier tracking links. Invoices and payments are on the Invoices page.
8. Problems or returns. Report damage or shortages within 7 days of delivery with photos. Returns need an RA number from us within 7 days (unopened, resaleable items; 15% restocking fee; you pay return shipping). See Shipping & Returns.
